Cancellation policy:

Reservation Rates STANDARD

Cancellations before 6 pm the day before your arrival are free of charge. If you cancel after, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. In case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is maintained only on presentation on the first night), the night is debited. Last minute reservations on the same day are closed after 9 pm. (based on the local time of the establishment). For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked. 

Payment : Payment at the property, upon arrival.

Credit card only as a reservation guarantee

Reservation NON REFUNDABLE Rate (NR)

Once booked, you can no longer or cancel your stay.

Payment: Full stay (room) charged on the day of arrival or the same day of booking

General Terms and Conditions:

Arrival is from 3pm, and departure until 11am. Entirely no-smoking establishment.

Arrival between 12am and 2pm or late departure (until 1pm) upon request and availability: extra charge of 10.00 €

Children under 18 must stay with an accompanying adult or present a certificate of responsibility signed by the parents
